How we do it
We check whether the fault sits with the camera module, the lens cover or the software. Cracked lens covers can often be replaced on their own; a failed module is replaced and tested across photo, video and front and rear switching.

Can you repair a cracked phone screen?
Yes. Cracked screens are the most common repair we carry out. We replace the display assembly and test touch response, brightness and colour before returning the phone to you.
Can you replace my phone battery?
Yes. If your phone drains quickly, shuts down before reaching 0% or only works while plugged in, a replacement battery usually solves it. We test the battery first to confirm that is genuinely the cause rather than a charging or software fault.
